What cannot be returned
- Engraved pieces and fully bespoke commissions
- Pieces that have been resized or altered by another jeweller
- Gift cards
How refunds work
Request a return through the Contact page. We send an insured, prepaid label. Once the piece is inspected at our studio, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchanges and upgrades
Prefer something else? Exchanges are free within 30 days, and our Lifetime Upgrade gives full credit toward a larger piece at any time. See Panaroma Care for details.
Resizing instead of returning
If the only issue is the fit, one resize is complimentary within 30 days of delivery. We send a prepaid, insured label and return the ring sized and polished, usually within 10 business days.
