Certified diamonds
A certificate with every centre stone.
Prices in USD
Insured shipping included.
Lifetime warranty
Against manufacturing defects.
New York law
Your consumer rights are never limited.
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including certificates for every centre diamond. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and include insured shipping. If an error in price is discovered before your order ships, we will contact you before going ahead.
Engagement rings and bespoke pieces are made for you after you order. Ship-by dates are estimates; we keep you updated if anything changes.
Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and Panaroma Care plans are available at purchase. Damage from misuse, accidents outside a plan, or work by another jeweller is not covered.
We accept major cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay; eligible orders can be paid over time with 0% APR financing. Your card is charged when the order is placed, and made-to-order work begins once payment is confirmed.
Our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
