Engagement rings and bespoke pieces are made to order and usually ship within 2–3 weeks. Pieces marked ready to ship leave our studio within 2 business days. Your exact ship-by date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to selected countries worldwide. International orders are shipped duties-paid where possible; any remaining import charges are shown before you pay.
You receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves the studio. A signature is required on delivery. If you will be away, you can redirect the parcel to one of our showrooms for collection.
Every piece arrives in our signature box inside a plain outer carton, with its certificate, care card and a polishing cloth. Gift notes are printed on letterpress cards; prices are never shown in the parcel.
Prefer to collect? Choose showroom pickup at checkout and we will hold your piece at our New York showroom, sized and polished, until you arrive. Bring a photo ID that matches the order.
